The Gateway Council of Hostelling International, organizers of the Moonlight Ramble®, rely on the assistance of many dedicated volunteers to help produce the event which raises funds to benefit the travel, recreation and youth programs of the Gateway Council.

In addition to a great volunteer experience working one of St. Louis’ longest running and most fun events, volunteers receive:

• One Adult Registration – all volunteers except Communications Crew and some Hospitality Crew are able to ride in the Moonlight Ramble®

• “VOLUNTEER” T-shirt – all volunteers receive one limited edition, commemorative glow in the dark Moonlight Ramble® “Volunteer” T-shirt after the completion of their shift.

• Water and snacks – all volunteers receive basic sustenance during their shift.

Ready to volunteer?  Individual volunteers can complete our online sign-up form to be assigned a volunteer position.  Group Volunteers should download and complete the Group Volunteer Form along with a Release and Indemnity Form
